I’ve got a lot of work to do on SchmidtyStock.com. I need to fix that banner image, match the colors of the background with the color scheme inherent in this theme, place our ads in a better spot, get an affiliate store up and running, continue to teach Lindsey the WordPress admin panel, work on some outreach and link building, and write usable content. That’s a lot to do! However, I’ve got a pretty decent plan and plenty of time to get it done.
I do want to ask you guys for some help. Are there any particular wedding Web sites that you like? Is there a site like brides.com or theknot.com that you find useful? Please leave your suggestions in the comments. I’m also particularly interested in Wedding blogs that Lindsey and I reach out to and build a relationship.
I’m also open to suggestions on what to do with that banner image… I want to incorporate images of my lovely Lindsey and my handsome dome, but I don’t want it to be cheesy. Anything is better than what I have now.
